Shipping From:
A portion of our items are shipped directly from our workshop in Pakistan, while others may be shipped from our warehouse in the UK.

Handling Time:
Most of the products we offer are retested and fine-tuned before shipping, so handling time can vary, typically between 5–15 days. Some products are made to order and require 30–45 days, which will be noted in their description. Feel free to contact us if you have any time constraints.

Expedited Worldwide Shipping:
We use trackable services like DHL, UPS, DPD and DPEX for expedited worldwide shipping, Delivery typically takes 5–10 days after dispatch (varies by country/zone).

Customs & Import Duties:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon arrival; these are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If a customs charge on your order looks unusually high, please reach out and we'd be happy to take a look.
