Our reproduction is based on a original Godfridus Adrianus Rottenburgh, Brussels, owned by the Belgian flutist Barthold Kuijken.
With its most important A=415 hz joint, Kuijken performed late Baroque, Rococo, and early Classical repertoire, with a particular focus on mid-18th-century music by Bach, Telemann, Quantz, and C. P. E. Bach.
On special request from one of our existing professional users of our G. A. Rottenburgh flute, we have developed a C foot joint with C♯ and C keys for this model. You have the option of purchasing it with a D foot joint or with both D and C foot joints.
