Chalumeau in F - 2 Key - 415 or 440

This Chalumeau - Pocket Clarinet is pitched in F at either A=415 Hz or A=440hz. It features Baroque fingering with two keys to play throat notes. It is a reproduction of an original instrument by Stuehnwal from 1730, housed at the Bayerisches National museum in Munich.

It only plays in the fundamental harmonic range. It has an A key and a speaker key to play Bb, and by holding both keys together, you can play B natural.

• Crafted from Indian Cocobolo wood, the body of the clarinet boasts durability and aesthetic appeal.
• The keys are casted from brass, steel springs with best suitable pads.
• Tuned in A415 or A440
• It is designed to be used with a special Bb clarinet mouthpiece. Any standard Bb clarinet reed can be used by trimming the length from the bottom end of the reed.
• Additionally, accessories such as a plush lined protective case, extra set of pads, fingering chart and cleaning cloth are provided.
