Bass, Baritone and Tenor Drones for Uilleann Pipes

Upgrade your Hakam Din Practice Set to a Half Set or Replace the drones from a set you already own.

Each Drone can be bought separately in Indian Cocobolo Wood (Dalbergia Sissoo) Either in it's Natural Shade or Black Shaded. We also have an option for Nickle Metalwork or Gold Plated Metalwork.

The Drones play D across 3 Octaves, the tenor drone matches the low D on the chanter while the baritone plays an octave below the tenor and the bass plays 2 octaves below.

Your order will NOT include drone reeds, compatible drone reeds can be easily purchased from Pipe Dreams Reeds.

If you're looking to install these regulators into another maker's set, that would be no problem at all. Please do make sure to leave the size of the bore on the main stock for the specific drone and we will be sure to alter the sizes if necessary to suit your set of Uilleann Pipes.

Note: The main stock is only included with the option that mentions it. The Half Main Stock does not house the regulators while the Full Main Stock can, The full main stock also includes plugs to use if the regulators are not attached.
