Bagpipes By Hakam Din

Highland Bagpipes
Iconic, Loud and Powerful, traditionally used in Scottish ceremonies, military events, and folk music. Today, they’re also popular in modern bands and fusion music.

Uilleann Pipes
The Irish Uilleann Pipes offer a sweeter, softer tone than the Highland Pipes. They are bellows-blown and well-suited for traditional Irish music and indoor performances.

Scottish Smallpipes
With a softer and more mellow tone, Scottish Smallpipes are perfect for intimate settings and folk music. They are easier to play than the Highland Bagpipes.

Lowland Border Pipes
Border Pipes are similar to the Highland Bagpipes but quieter, ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. They are often used in traditional Border music between Scotland and England.

Northumbrian Smallpipes
These quiet, bellows-blown pipes have a closed-end chanter, allowing for unique staccato playing. They are traditionally used in North East England’s folk music.
