This flute is a reproduction of the original August Grenser (Dresden 1720-1807). Grenser went on to become one of the most famous wind instrument makers of the 18th-century.
- Pitch A=440 hz
- Screwed stopper.
- Crafted from Indian Cocobolo wood, wood-ends are protected by imitation ivory rings.
- The outer body is natural, boasting durability and aesthetic appeal.
- The keys are casted from brass and features steel springs with the most suitable leather pad.
- Comes with care instructions, and a guide with a fingering chart.
- Additionally, accessories such as a plush-lined protective case, cleaning cloth, and extra key pads are provided.
In addition to flutes, Grenser demonstrated his versatility as an instrument maker by crafting clarinets, basset-horns, and a bass clarinet. Several of Grenser's flutes were crafted to allow historically accurate tunings. These instruments were renowned for their bright and crisp tonal quality and were adaptable to various tuning.

Rudiger To me, it is an upgraded version of Aulos AF1 Grenser flute because it is made of wood, I have an Aulos AF1 and the sizes and measurements are the same, it seems Aulos and Hakam Din copied the same Grenser model, great job Hakamdin to offer a wood flute at a price of plastic flute. thumbs up!
